Youth soccer in the U.S. is a big business, with 4 million kids generating an estimated $4 billion. Yet success in the world’s great democratic game is determined by wealth, leaving out many kids of color.
Our mission is to bring attention to the current system. Disrupt the pay-to-play model. Level the playing field. Start small. But think BIG: create a new youth soccer model that can be scaled throughout the United States.

We believe in the intersection of sports and service. We have impacted kids and organizations across the United States and around the world in Puerto Rico, Ecuador and Colombia.

We have teamed up with Watford FC, one of the oldest teams in Europe’s Premier Soccer League, to provide the opportunity of a lifetime to BIPOC women players in the United States. We need you on our team.
This experience will change a young woman’s life, improving and strengthening the sport for women overall, but especially for women of color.
